SalesAutopilot Service Agreement / Terms of Service
Prior to May 25, 2018, the use of the SalesAutopilot software as a service (SaaS) is regulated by our Terms of Service. From May 25, 2018, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the SalesAutopilot Service Agreement replaces the former Terms of Service.
The Agreement is made between SalesAutopilot and the contracting party when the contracting party registers for a trial account of the software.

Our Anti-Spam Policy
SalesAutopilot does not tolerate the sending of any unsolicited emails. According to this principle, both we and our clients must abide by our Anti-spam policy under all circumstances. If you see a SalesAutopilot user sending unsolicited emails to you, or to anyone else, we ask you to report the incident to us immediately, and we will promptly investigate the incident. If as a SalesAutopilot user you want to avoid being charged with spamming, we highly recommend that you study our Anti-spam policy carefully.
